Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Z.H.Calligraphy. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return policy outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns a. Non-Customized Products: For non-customized products such as pre-designed shirts, onesies, or any other non-personalized items, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

b. Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our customized products, including shirts and onesies with custom names, quotes, or designs, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We encourage you to carefully review the customization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

  1. Return Process a. Contact Customer Support: If you wish to initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact our customer support team within the specified return period. You can reach us via the contact page. Provide your order details, including the order number and specific reason for the return.

b. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send any items back without obtaining a return authorization from us.

c. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

d. Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed, in its original condition, and with any tags intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

  1. Refunds a. Non-Customized Products: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

b. Customized Products: As mentioned earlier, customized products are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or error, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

  1. Exchanges - We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items - In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
  3. Changes to the Return Policy - We reserve the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Return Policy periodically for any updates.
